The portal supports agent registration, onboarding, document collection, licensing and contracting support, W9 and payroll workflows, commission processing, client service, training, and related back-office operations.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 21px; margin: 22px 0 8px; color: #073b73;\">Authorized Use<\/h2>\n<p>\n      You may use this portal only for legitimate business purposes related to your role as an authorized agent, contractor, staff member, client, policyholder, or representative. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 21px; margin: 22px 0 8px; color: #073b73;\">Information and Documents<\/h2>\n<p>\n      You agree to submit truthful, current, and complete information. Do not upload documents, tax information, licensing information, client information, or policyholder information unless you are authorized to provide it. Notify POM promptly if submitted information is incorrect, outdated, or accessed without authorization.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 21px; margin: 22px 0 8px; color: #073b73;\">No Guarantee of Approval or Compensation<\/h2>\n<p>\n      Registration, training completion, document submission, portal access, or visibility in a report does not guarantee carrier appointment, contracting status, commission payment, payroll processing, lead assignment, employment, or any specific business result. Eligibility and payment depend on applicable agreements, licensing status, carrier rules, compliance review, submitted documentation, and internal processing.\n    <\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 21px; margin: 22px 0 8px; color: #073b73;\">Confidentiality and Compliance<\/h2>\n<p>\n      Portal users may access confidential business, agent, client, policyholder, compensation, and carrier information.
